 Draft
for discussion and joint refinement     ONLY FAIRNESS CAN UNITE
AND SAVE HUMANKINDFOR THE FUTURE OF ALL

 In
the course of studying social problems during the philosophic-economic seminar at the Belarusian public association "Sobriety
- the Optimalist" (Minsk, 2017-2019), its participants came to the belief that the cause
of crimes, economic crises, wars and social revolutions,
which destroy the foundations of states and the prospects for humanity, is
UNFAIRNESS
in the relations of people; the elimination of this unfairness, with all the resulting evils, is
POSSIBLE ONLY BY FAIRNESS!!
But what is this "FAIRNESS" so many people
have been striving to establish in the World for ages?
Try
looking up this question on the Internet.
When doing a search on June 10th, 2018 on “Fairness is” (translator’s note: searched in Russian
«Ñïðàâåäëèâîñòü
– ýòî»),
Yandex
reported: "68 million
results found”, and Google reported:
"About 43,900,000
results". And every day these figures change.

How, in this volume
of verbose, non-concrete and often contradictory
notions about fairness,
can we achieve fairness in real relations of people who are embittered by unfairness and
wars, financial
crises
and the modern pandemic?

––––––––
We are proposing to jointly develop such a definition
for the concept of "FAIRNESS", the rationality of which could be
consciously comprehended and accepted by all Homo sapiens; and which could be de jure optimally regulated
in each state and de facto fairly implemented in all public relations.
Having worked through the
information in the dictionaries, encyclopedias, "The Theory of Fairness" by John
Rawl, and taking into account the attainments
of the philosophic-economic seminars of the BPO "Sobriety - the Optimalist", we offer the following draft (as of 23.05.2020) of
the public concept "Fairness" - to continue working on it together.
––––––––––––––––––––
I. FAIRNESS – DEFINITION OF THE CONCEPT
(draft)
FAIRNESS is the highest
principle in people's relations as
the
most important result of socio-philosophical thought, moral, legal and political social
consciousness.
Above fairness
there can only be mercy.
In public relations of people, fairness lies
in the conscious, meaningful, convinced recognition by ALL for EVERY INDIVIDUAL:
1) the right
to unhindered activity and usage of all those (and ONLY those!)
benefits that such activity brings
in the individual and joint work of able-bodied people,
based on the following
moral and legislative limitations: to not violate the same right of others, to not harm
people, society, the planet and the Universe;
2) as well as the right
to adequate public assistance
(from relatives and other
people, work unions,
public organizations and government bodies
of the country, international
charity and various other organizations) - in cases where the results of the individual’s work
are not sufficient for meeting their natural needs, such as: medical care, adequate food and clothing, equipped housing, education
for developing their abilities and the abilities of their children (based on the objective necessity and scientifically sound
norms).
II. From this definition,
in a systematic, related and necessary
way it follows
that:
(a)
A developed society in which fairness is
recognized as the main principle, must de jure guarantee by the laws of the country and by sound property
taxes (in the amount necessary for society to ensure fair and reliable public protection of
property rights), as well as de facto ensure by the apparatus of its State the implementation of fairness
for all and for every individual in all public relations;
b)
The right of people to inherit
or receive the gift of other people's
work (property) of value beyond
what is necessary for them
(in principle fully defined in paragraph 2 above), regardless
of how these people were related, in a fair society should be thoroughly regulated
by scientifically sound taxes with the goal of ever approaching
fairness,
and in the long run – excluded.
III.
Fairness for all and every one can be achieved
fully in states as well as in interstate relations, as long as the main goal of states and humanity becomes
creating the
best conditions for all people on the Earth and ensuring equality of opportunities for
every individual
(simply based on the fact of being born a human being!) to develop
their benevolent abilities.
Only under this condition, the system
of every state and of the social organization of all humanity will be able to achieve a state of optimal
equilibrium (Nash1]
equilibrium) among all its system-forming elements.
Then (and only then!) all the people on the planet
will receive true equality of opportunities for the full development of their
benevolent potential; and any unfairness in society, in case of its somehow unregulated manifestation, will always self-correct
in every generation of people.
And then the task of the
universal organization of fair public relations of people
and all humanity on planet Earth as the Community of Homo sapiens (people of reason) with
a prosperous common future, will be a realistically
close prospect.2]
–––––––––––––––
How, without violence, only by appealing to the
minds of people, to eliminate on Earth the economic root cause of crime and wars, alcoholism and drug addiction, to build in each
of the states a SYSTEM of optimally fair social relations, most beneficial for every person, their state and all humanity
- we already know and want to convey to our country, and to all of Humanity with a clear theoretical justification, as well as
in the form of 12 video lectures from the collectively probed course “The
Way out of Crisis has been Found. Will we have time to get out?”
(see
http://dovgel.com/plan_zanjatii.htm).
Together we will solve the most important problems!
Sincerely,

"Nash equilibrium" - the famous mathematician
John Nash (1928- 2015), Nobel laureate in economics in 1994, awarded "For the analysis of equilibrium in the theory
of non-cooperative games" - here is understood as such optimal state of the
social system, in which each person gets the most opportunities for their full development, the longest
duration of full quality existence and leaves the most positive memory of themselves for humanity for many centuries.
