Уважаемые господа,
Предлагаем Вашему вниманию Обращение к Главам государств – членам Совета Безопасности ООН, Президенту Швейцарии, в Североатлантический совет (Совет НАТО) и Европейский центр ядерных исследований, которое по состоянию на 18.04.2012. на http://kollaideru.net/podpisi.htm подписали 1258  человек (прилагается – 1 стр.).

Обращение основано на теоретическом доказательстве (http://dovgel.com/ontv.htm ), что в экспериментах с LHC можно вызвать явление цепной реакции протонно-электронного распада (коллапса) вещества коллайдера и всей Планеты с выходом чудовищной энергии по формуле Е=mc².

Dear Sirs and Madams,
We bring to your attention the Appeal, which is addressed to the Heads of States - Members of the UN Security Council, President of Switzerland, the North Atlantic Council (NATO) and European Organization for Nuclear Research, and which as of 04/18/2012 has been signed on http://kollaideru.net/podpisi.htm by 1258 people (attached - 1 page).

This Appeal is founded on a theoretical proof (http://dovgel.com/engl/ontve.htm) that LHC experiments can cause a chain reaction of the proton-electron disintegration of the matter of the collider and the entire Planet with a release of monstrous energy per formula E = mc².


The conclusion of the CERN's working group about the Safety of the LHC does not hold up to criticism.
