 DOVGEL Evgenij Stanislavovich, born in 1949, higher education in economics
and engineering (engineer, economist). Graduated with High Honors from the
Belarusian Polytechnic Institute (recipient of the Lenin scholarship).

Worked in positions general manager for economic relations, a director of a company, Vice-President of the Planning Commission of the Minsk City Executive Committee, a manager of a bank branch, a general manager of an insurance company, Director of a science-economic company, Chairman of the Board and Director of the Association of Enterprises with Employee Shared Stock Options, Chairman of the Board of the International Club of Directors of the Belorussian Science-Industrial Association.

For more than 20 years has been professionally researching world experience in the fields of macroeconomics and production relations. Did extensive Post Graduate studies in the following specialties: 1) "Mathematical Methods and Application of Computation Equipment in Economic Research, Planning and Management", 2) "Social Philosophy", 3) "Economic Theory".

Author of more than 120 publications on various economic subjects, including motivation for employees in their company's profit growth and development of means of production.

Developed a fundamental Theory of Socioeconomic Structures and, based on the above, the Concept of the Theoretically Optimal System of Production Relations in the State, which realization will allow any state to achieve a theoretical maximum of efficiency and stability of production, the highest rates of economic growth as a result of its most expedient organization with a harmonious coexistence of interests of all the members of the society and the social security thereof.
