The Reason for production inefficiencies, majority of the social contradictions and low standards of living in many countries lies in the imperfection of the basic (founding) relations in the economies of these countries. However, it is already becoming possible to gain an understanding of the laws of development. The experience of mankind contains everything necessary for building the highest-level relations in terms of economic efficiency and social progress in any country.
